Clagett Enterprises, Inc. wants to ensure our customers that we are taking every recommended precaution from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to protect our staff and customers as concerns about novel coronavirus (COVID-19) heighten.

We have implemented precautionary measures per the CDC's "All of Community" approach which is focused on slowing the transmission of the virus while minimizing social and economic impacts.

Frederick offers residents the opportunity to drop off their Christmas trees for recycling now through January 31, 2020.

Trick or Treating in the North Crossing Community is scheduled for Halloween night 6pm -8PM. Rain or Shine.

The City of Frederick has provided us with this traffic study for the proposed Sheetz coming to the corner of Byte and TJ Drive.

Due to the increase in vehicles being parked illegally and/or inconveniencing members of our community, the HOA has worked with Grimm’s Automotivation to make it easier for residents to resolve parking issues on their own.

The City of Frederick will be making crosswalk and median improvements along Christophers Crossing. Other changes, like removing a 4-way stop and adding turning restrictions, are also being considered.
