When will the pool open?

Beginning Saturday, May 25th, the pool will be open daily including Sundays and Holidays. During school days the pool will be opened from 4:00pm-8:00pm and on non-school days the operating hours are as follows:

  • Monday through Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm

  • Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 10:00am – 8:00pm

Do we need a pool pass?

We have gone DIGITAL! All households MUST register online via www.northcrossing.cellbadge.com Each registered household can request up to 7 total members. We will issue them either as Adult or Child (12 and under).

Who can get a membership to the pool?

Only homeowners in the North Crossing subdivision, who are current with their Homeowners Association dues ($0 balance), will be allowed to have a membership to the pool. The costs to operate, manage, and maintain the pool are a part of the yearly homeowner’s assessment; there is no additional cost to you.

Are guests allowed? How Will I get a guest pass?

Every household starts out the season with 10 guest visits on their CellBadge account. Each time a guest visits it is deducted from the account. To purchase more guest visits, $20 must be sent by check or money order to North Crossing HOA c/o Clagett Management, 5295 Westview Dr., Suite 125, Frederick, MD 21703. Guest visits will be added to your account AFTER payment has been received. Life Guards CANNOT add guest visits to your account.

Who will manage the pool?

American Pool will manage the North Crossing pool. American Pool provides a full-time manager, certified lifeguards, and performs the operation and maintenance of the pool. Any questions about the pool operation may be directed to them at 410-363-6800.

Can I rent the pool for private parties before or after normal operations?

Pool parties will not be offered at this time.

What rules will govern the pool operation?

The North Crossing Pool Rules as re-affirmed by the Board of Directors on February 23, 2011. Each homeowner is responsible for reviewing the rules with their household members as well as their guests. American Pool’s staff will be advised to strictly enforce the Board-approved rules for the safety and enjoyment of everyone. The rules apply to American Pool’s Management Staff as well. Guidelines for guests are outlined in the pool rules.

Will other events be held at the pool?

It’s possible. Any happenings will be posted on the Bulletin Board in the pool house. However, keep in mind for these types of events to be held, volunteers from the community are needed. If you wish to volunteer, please notify Clagett Management.

What if I discover a problem at the pool or with the lifeguard staff?

American Pool is responsible for full management of the pool and its staff. If any problems are discovered, please bring them to the immediate attention of the lifeguard staff. You can also send an email to your community manager, Jessica Griffin, jgriffin@clagett.com
