The Board of Directors plans to vote on adopting these revised ARC guidelines at the August 2024 Board meeting. These guidelines are directly based on the current ones with some changes. Most of these changes were previously approved ad-hoc by the board, or codify other decisions made by the ARC committee.

To help simplify the adoption process, the Board will vote to adopt the revised guidelines as a whole.

All community members are encouraged to review the proposed guidelines and provide feedback! Feedback may be left as comments on the document, or sent to any Board member or our Community Manager.
